The Concept
Where the lab bench meets the dive bar.
This shandy has no roasted coffee flavor whatsoever. It's an incredibly crisp highball with clean, beautiful fruit showing through. And yes, it's made with coffee.
The Build
We start with Miller High Life, the Champagne of Beers. Its crisp, clean profile is the perfect canvas for what comes next.
The magic is in the coffee cordial: brewed coffee adjusted with fruit acids until its acidity matches lime juice. You taste the fruit notes already in the coffee, not the roast. That's the trick.
Coffee Cordial
Brewed coffee transformed into an acid-adjusted syrup
Fruit Acids
Matched to equal lime juice acidity
Force Carbonated
Pressurized for maximum crisp refreshment
The Finish
Once combined, the whole thing gets force carbonated. Not stirred, not topped off. Pressurized. It integrates everything and creates a texture that's impossibly crisp.
The result drinks like summer fruit. Goes down dangerously easy. People genuinely can't believe it's coffee.
